Years 1999-2000. Equipped with the C controller.
F-Series robots can reduce your production cycle times. High speeds are achieved through the use of compact high-output motors and high-efficient reduction gears, all housed within F-Series lightweight arm construction.
Small and Compact Design
F-Series robots excel in confined work zones. Manufacturing facilities are constantly striving to optimize floor space in an effort to increase efficiencies. The robot pedestal houses the joint one motor / encoder providing F-Series robots with one of the smallest footprints in its class. Internal pneumatic lines and signal wiring is standard on most F-Series robots, reducing the need for bulky external harnesses. The F-Series small footprint and slim design, coupled with a simple vertical arm configuration, allows engineers and designers to create automated work cells while utilizing a minimum amount of floor space.
Configured to meet most any light to medium payload application
From welding, to wash down, to clean room applications; Kawasaki has a F-Series robot to match your needs. The lineup is comprised of several platforms utilizing modular components allowing for the unique ability to make changes to the arm configuration to increase/reduce reach and/or payload. All F-Series robots are designed for wall, ceiling, and floor mounting, enabling complete flexibility in system design.

C CONTROLLER SPECIFICATIONS
The C Controller is compact enough for convenient installation and offers a large, multifunction, color liquid crystal display (LCD) that combines the functions of a conventional teach pendant with several specialized displays on a 7.2 inch touch panel. Easy block step programming and high-end AS Language programming are both available.
Special Features
Surprisingly Compact Size
The slim and compact C Controller is 21.7" (550 mm) wide, 49.25" (1250 mm) high and 19.7" (500 mm) deep.
Excellent Performance in a Compact Unit
The flexible high-end AS robot programming language is useful for high-level applications. This language allows a wide range of robot control commands, numerical calculations, conditional jump step divergence, interrupt I/O, and program creation and editing on a PC. The controller's multitasking capability allows parallel programs to run simultaneously while the robot is moving, and simple sequences do not require the use of a sequencer.
Multi Function Panel
The large color liquid crystal display (LCD) / touch panel combines the display functions of a conventional display with the manual control functions of a teach pendant. Its easy-to-use features allow it to function as a teach pendant during teaching, as an input / output operation panel for robot interface with peripheral devices, and a status monitor during automatic operation.
Trigger Switch
This safety device turns off the motor power if the operator's hands are removed from the multi function panel during teach operations.
Numerous Optional Functions
The following options are available for the C controller:
* Slogic (Mini PLC)
* Networking (e.g., ControlNet and EtherNet)
* Soft absorber
* External tool center point
* AD/DA
* Sensing functions
* Multiple-axis control (up to 12 axis)
* Spin control
