Special design six axis arc welding robot featuring 1806 mm horizontal arm reach. What makes this robot unique is that the complete media hose package is also lead through by the upper arm and the head axes of the robot which reduces obstructions and results in an expansion of the usable working range.
The EA1800N is the first arc welding robot which is equipped with internal media hose package.
Equipped with the powerful Yaskawa Motoman NX100 controller.
This arc welding system is complemented with:
- TPS 4000 / 5000 Synergic power source (400-500 Amperes) suitable for carbon steel, aluminium and stainless steel welding
- Fronius arc welding torch, Push-pull, liquid cooled and automatic wire feeder
