ABB IRB 140
IRB 140 industrial robot with 6 axis payload of 6 kg and a long reach of 810 mm. The compact, rugged design with integrated wiring increases overall flexibility. Available as standard versions, Foundry Plus 2, Clean Room and Wash, IP67 protection level easy to integrate and suitable for a variety of applications, can be mounted on the floor, ceiling or wall. The collision detection option with full path retraction makes the robot reliable and safe. The IRB 140 is in the following versions Foundry Plus 2 and Wash are suitable for extreme environments of cast iron with high requirements of corrosion resistance, version Clean Room ISO class 6, suitable for environments with cleaning standards.

IRC5 is ABB’s fifth generation robot controller. Its motion control technology, TrueMove & QuickMove, is key to the robot’s performance in terms of accuracy, speed, cycle-time, programmability and synchronization with external devices.
Based on advanced dynamic modeling, the IRC5 optimizes the performance of the robot for the physically shortest possible cycle time (QuickMove) and precise path accuracy (TrueMove). Together with a speed-independent path, predictable and high- performance behavior is delivered automatically, with no tuning required by the programmer.
