Other Robots Staubli TX40 with CS8C control

The Staubli TX40 is a 6 axis industrial robot featuring a low payload of 1.7 kg. It is a fast and accurate robot mainly used in the electronics and pharmaceutical companies where accuracy and very low cycle times are a priority. This unit was manufactured in 2009 including the powerful and versatile compact version of the CS8 controller, the CS8C. The TX40 is an articulated arm for extraordinary dexterity and flexibility. A unique spherical work envelope allows maximum utilization of cell workspace. Additional benefits include floor, wall and ceiling mount options for complete flexibility in robot integration. The robot arm’s rugged, fully enclosed structure (rated IP65) makes it ideal for applications in harsh environments.
