KUKA KR 1000 titan

The KR 1000 titan is a powerful robot designed for heavy loads and large tools with high mass inertia. It's the first six-axis robot with an open kinematic system and exceptional payload capacity. It excels at precisely and quickly handling heavy loads, including engine blocks, stones, glass, steel beams, ship and aircraft components, marble blocks, and precast concrete parts. For specialized applications, we offer a Foundry variant with the best payload/reach ratio or a palletizing robot for loads up to 1.3 tonnes.

  • High dynamic performance:

    • Handles heaviest workpieces and components precisely and safely.
    • Ensures optimal cycle times with high speed and dynamic acceleration.
  • Enormous productivity:

    • Improves manufacturing quality and reduces costs.
    • Low interference contours extend the effectively usable workspace.
  • Greater flexibility:

    • Wide range of possible applications, such as palletizing.
    • Flexibility can be increased by combining with linear axes.
    • Easy integration into existing systems without the need to adapt foundations.
